To the point of perfection

The hunger for this shoe is remarkable, and so the phenomenon of the New Balance 1300JP lives again. wether we were fed up at last or just never got the chance to lay our feet in these undeniable champs we all have a special feeling for them. I myself didnt have the cash at the time being like many others, and saw them slip away one by one. Pretty hurtfull moment for some to say at least. laying them off my thoughts, and forcing myself to forget them i made quite a funny digg up in Amsterdam. I strolled past a sneaker-butique named SeventyFive and caught a sight through the window which defenantly looked like a damn pair of JP's. They were there, and they were in my size aswell. Without the influence of the Wide Web i found myself a pair of these. Now that is highly amusing and a fresh feeling. All i can say is that i love them. A brand using their attention to detail in this manner, producing a retro with such a respekt for their heritage is really inspiring in many levels. They even kept the hefty price tag! Vibram Soles never got cheaper i guess. Although they do squeek a tad ;) Damn Fine! Thanks for the nice service at SeventyFive. All the best!

Nike air zoom moire + (Beaters once again)

This time a brought a pair of Air Moires to Roskilde Festival. They survived alright, but as you see they suffered from dusty walks, and muddy concerts! Great shoe, and i love beaters. Now the trip goes to Italy and the Netherlands. I will take a few snaps there aswell! Have a nice one all.

A dear old friend

The 577 is a shoe that keeps amazing you no matter how many times you pull them on and off you feat. These are made mainly for wide feet runners, but they fit well (½-1 size down) Like all New Balance models.

Sweet durometer x Suede

So it seems like i am catching up with the sneaker game lately, who would have thought? There has been much debate about Koston leaving Lakai footwear and joining Nike sb, but we were all pretty excited to see what he came up with this time for his first pro model at Nike! These are no news at all, but that does not change the fact that they are excellent at all! My first glanse at these, had them leaving a rather dull impression to me. Bare in mind that this was first impression! They are sublime, the quality and durablity of this shoe is second to none, Now i dont see this shoe getting skated by many due to worshipping sneakerheads being a tad more skilled at the keyboard madness release dates and oh yeah, RESELLING! But these are without a doubt a wonder to wear. Small modifications like ekstra heel support, another layer of suede at the eyelets for durability and a gumsole tested by Koston multiple times for better grip. The gumsole IS something special, and who isn't a sucker for gumsoles!? Last but not least the colorway is pretty sleek. Inspired by the national flag of Thailand and it works well!

Adidas Busenitz pro

The Adidas Busenitz Pro folks! shape, materials and durability on place! Lovely model and they are mad comfy aswell. Dennis Busenitz got himself quite a signature design right here. Unboxed these for the first time today, now the rain has finally laid off (hopefully) They were the last pair in my size at the local shop. I will lay the tongue uncut, but still wondering wether to skate in these or not...

Adidas Achille

Picked these up at a local spot in Copenhagen, and have to say that i am very pleased with them even though they fit a bit snug. The overall condition of the shoe is marvelous compared to its age wich could be 20+. So I re lased them and took them out for a walk, and they dealt with it nicely!

Have a nice week folks!

1300 JP's

I've always been convinced by the 1300, especially the latest retro version straight from Japan. Premium materials, and dedication down to the very stitch. These dropped a few months ago, and sold out instantly.

Such a twat for letting these slip through my hands! Too bad about the insane re-sellers prices. US 8 here we go!

This blog has officialy gone emo

Or at least damn close to it! My bike got stolen last friday, with no sight of it anywhere. Now one matter is of course that i had put a lot of effort in that bike, but another and almost decisive matter, is that you get immobilized totally and completely. It just gets to a point where it makes no sense getting mad about it, and you just have to accept that these things do happen (unfortunately!) And i know that people experience these things all the time. The disgusting peeps doing these things have no clue what they destroy, and thats what matters me the most. I will go get myself an old bike now, which no one wants to lay their hands on! The whole fixed gear/stripped down racing/going fast and living dangerous, thing is getting a little out of hand anyway. R.I.P Peugeot, we had fun! I really liked that bike actually..

More shoes incomming!
Have a nice week out there, the sun is peeping!
